Cancellation
Due to the unique nature of handmade products, returns or exchanges without valid reasons are not supported. If you need after-sales service for the stress relief squishy, please provide a complete unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, returns or exchanges are not supported. Please make sure before placing your order.
Different production batches may result in slight variations in texture.
If it has been over 24 hours after the order is placed and we have prepared your goods and scheduled a shipment, but you still insist on canceling the order, we can only refund 60% of the total amount paid.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 24 hours after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Our products are shipped via international logistics; the destination country may impose import duties or VAT, which are the buyerâs responsibility.
If a package is refused due to import duties or taxes, we are unable to offer a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at letssquishy_service@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof. Letssquishy is not responsible for lost return packages, and it is the customerâs responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if the package gets lost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please choose and consider carefully when placing an order. Please note our standard shipping time. If the goods have already been dispatched and are in transit, and have not exceeded the scheduled delivery date, and you still insist on a refund, we can only refund 60% of the total price of the goods.
Due to tariffs and other country-specific charges unrelated to Letssquishy, customers are required to make payments according to their own countryâs policies and requirements. Letssquishy does not accept returns or refunds resulting from these charges.
We do not accept any refunds for items that have already been received, unless there is an error caused by the seller, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item. In such cases, please take a video of the unused products and send it to us. Once confirmed, we will arrange the return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable once made. Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for gift card purchases.
Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for the booking of services and consultations.
Free gift items are randomly selected and cannot be chosen.
Upon receiving the package, please check for any damages. If there is any damage, an unboxing video must be recorded. The unboxing video is the only standard for after-sales service. Any damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
