Shipping Policy

Once you have placed an order, please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Since some items are handmade, especially imitation cream products, they may require 2–5 days to fully dry before packaging.

Standard international shipping usually takes 15–20 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment details.

At checkout, you will have several delivery options to choose from.

Our products are shipped via international logistics. The destination country may impose import duties or VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package is refused due to import duties or taxes, we are unable to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that delivery times are approximate.

Working/business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, or any other public holidays.

In rare cases where your item is lost or delayed after dispatch, we are not responsible for the delay. All disputes should be handled directly with the shipping company.
